Classes typically run 90 minutes - 2 hours, depending on ages of participants and the menu.

Safety is our priority. Parents must disclose all allergies when signing the waiver. While we can often adjust recipes, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

Chef Sprouts is designed for kids ages 4–18. Younger children will need more parent help, while older kids can cook more independently.

Some classes are only open to a specific age range, which will be listed on our classes booking page.

Yes! We provide all the ingredients, cooking tools, aprons, chef hats, and cleanup supplies. You just provide the space, access to a handwashing sink, tables (optional, depending on the setup), and excited participants.

Cooking with kids can get a little messy, but don’t worry — we handle setup and cleanup so you can relax and enjoy the fun.

Yes! Popular themes include Breakfast for Dinner, Superb Spring Rolls, and Taste of Italy. We’re open to collaboration, and we are happy to customize the menu to fit your theme.

Yes! We also provide home school workshops, after-school enrichment, Girl Scout badge earning, community events, and seasonal camps.

We do not have our own venue, but we are happy to partner with local venues to host your class for an additional cost.

Yes! An additional fee will be added for events requiring travel.
